Shipping Policy

At Shield Maiden Jewelry, we strive to provide you with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Below are our shipping policies to ensure you know what to expect when placing an order.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping to the USA

  • Free Shipping: Larger items and orders over $35 USD qualify for free shipping and will be shipped with tracking. Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Smaller items under $35 USD are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 USD. This shipping method also includes tracking and takes approximately 5 to 12 business days.

Shipping to CANADA

  • Small Items (under $35): Free shipping via lettermail (no insurance or tracking included). We are not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend upgrading to tracked shipping  which is $8. 
  • All Other Items: Flat-rate with tracking, shipping fee of $8.

Shipping to EU and AUSTRALIA/NZ

  • Small Orders: orders under $35 USD will be shipped with tracking for $11 USD ($12 for Australia). Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days (up to 14 for Australia and New Zealand.)
  • Larger Orders: Orders over $35 USD will be shipped with tracking for $6 USD ($8 for Australia and New Zealand). Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days. (up to 14 for Australia and New Zealand.)
  • Expedited Shipping: Available as an upgrade for faster delivery.
  • Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping to Asia

  • All shipments to Asia are calculated by weight and destination. If you choose a cheaper untracked shipping method, we are not responsble for lost packages. 

 

Additional Notes

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Delays may occur due to high order volume, postal service disruptions, or inclement weather.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
