Regular and Free shipping is sent by regular mail (Canada) and Tracked Packet (USA) and takes anywhere from 5 to 12 BUSINESS days (and this is not a guarantee as we have absolutely no control over US Customs.) If you want tracking in Canada or you want faster shipping within Canada or to the USA, please upgrade your shipping at check-out.

Free shipping for all other destinations is SURFACE (no tracking) and takes from 1 to 3 months. You can upgrade to faster shipping and tracking at checkout.

Most of our designs are made-to-order and therefore are a final sale at the time of purchase. If you’ve selected the wrong size or have some issue with your purchase, please contact us. In some cases we accept exchanges, but the cost of reshipping is due.

All designs are covered by our FOREVER GUARANTEE, which means free, basic repairs for the life of the design, for any breakage due to normal wear (doesn't include shipping). We encourage you to include your measurements at checkout for the best fit, in particular your bra size for apparel items.
